I’ve been attending births in Kamloops for 17 years, and have been blessed to have supported over 300 women.
As a doula, my role is to support you on your journey through pregnancy and birth, whether it’s your first or fifth time, and to be your witness in this beautiful and challenging rite of motherhood.
I provide education and information, so you can make informed choices and feel empowered. I aim to get to know you, your desires, and your needs so I can support you in the most meaningful way.
I serve you, and your family, and hope to create a space where your birth experience is truly an occasion that brings everyone together.
Our bodies are incredibly efficient at growing, birthing, and nurturing our children. I teach birth from what it already is, a beautiful blueprint the way nature intended.
